How Yoga Started?
As you all might know already that India is the birth place of Yoga. For hundreds and thousands of years Hindus practiced and developed yoga and in fact yoga was considered as a compulsory part of their daily routines .
The question which I always ask to all the yogis and never got a clear answer that who invented Yoga? In literature we can't find any name of group or individual claiming to be the founder of Yoga.
What I noticed and read is that early gurus teaches yogas without documented them and it was transferred from Guru to student with the passage of time just like other fields like medicine of that time. Their students practiced yoga and developed many of the variations of postures that we know today.
