Return Policy:

Yellow Tree Company offers exchanges and returns for your concerned item within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer is responsible for shipping of any items qualified under the return policy. However, if there is an issue with your purchased item, please contact us. Yellow Tree Company customer support will attempt to rectify your matter promptly. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund. Yellow Tree Company will pay for shipping costs in this scenario.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Policy: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@yellowtreecompany.com

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the contact form and we will send you the exchange instructions

Shipping Policy :

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use Canada Post and UPS services for our shipments. According to the postal service, US & Canadian parcels should arrive within 15 business days. We also offer a shipping upgrade that takes approximately 7 business days. If you have time constraints please select this option at checkout instead of using regular shipping.

We ship ALL orders with TRACKED services. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number so you can look at where your package is at all times.
