I love shopping here, everything is so absolutely beautiful!! Grace is such a fantastic person, because this lovely item arrived broken due to very rough treatment from Canada Post. It was absolutely no fault of hers, yet she happily sent me out a replacement!!! I was amazed by her kindness! It is very rare for crystals that I order online to arrive damaged, but in the past nobody would replace or refund me on the item, or even try to work something out between us which I am agreeable to doing- always.
