If you are in your office and feel like doing yoga or you are too stressed out and would like to relieve some stress by doing yoga ! It is not advisable to pull out your yoga mat and start doing yoga :) but there are some selective yoga exercises you can do to relieve stress and freshen up your body for the rest of the day work.
Lets get started..... Move away from your desk so that there is space in front of you. With your feet square on the floor sit up tall in your chair. Interlace your fingers so that your palms turn out and extend your arms in front of you. Breathe in deeply through your nose and breathe out. Breathe several time in this position. Then lift your arms straight up above your head . Stretch your arms upward toward the ceiling and inward toward your ears. Hold yourself in this particular position and inhale deeply then exhale . Repeat the breath several time.
after finishing the above exercise you will notice that your body is feeling light and relaxed.
